After graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Eng. Ghazi pursued three master’s programs in the field of IT & Systems Engineering (UK) MBA (Saudi Arabia).After graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Eng. Ghazi pursued three master’s programs in the field of IT & Systems Engineering (UK), MBA (Saudi Arabia), and MSc in Real Estate Production and Infrastructure Engineering (USA).Ghazi Alahmadi is a growth-focused senior executive with experiences promoting the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate alliances, operational structures and operations across a diverse range of regional and international business sectors. He has worked in a variety of business sectors including: Oil, IT & Communication, Finance, Real Estate Development, Consultancy, Engineering and Construction. He had the opportunity to work with both foreign and local businesses and advanced to senior level in his management roles.He has attended various courses in diverse arenas across the world. In addition, he engaged in many regional and international conferences, as a panelist, speaker or organizer. Today, Ghazi Alahmadi splits his time between Riyadh and the D.C. metropolitan area. He maintains his own businesses and has also co-founded R&P (Reality & pillars,LLC) , which focuses on income-generating real estate.

| AL-HUSAIN Y. AL HUSSEIN

Al-Hussain has been active in the home building and development business since 1981, when he set up a privately managed real estateinvestment firm Al-Hussain has been active in the home building and development business since 1981, when he set up a privately managed real estate investment firm in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (1978) from the University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He also attended the Pratt Institute in New York City, where he obtained both Bachelor’s (1984) and a Master’s degree (1986) in architecture. After graduating from the Pratt Master’s program at the close of 1986, Mr. Al-Hussain returned to Saudi Arabia to work with Tarik Ali Reza Consulting Engineering Company in Riyadh, KSA. During his tenure at TAACE, he worked with the Principal as the site architect for the construction of the HRH Prince Saud Al-Faisal Palace. He was soon promoted and supervised a wide range of TAAC-designed, managed and established residential, commercial & mixed-use projects through 1990. Mr. Al-Hussain moved back to the U.S. in 1991 to the suburban Washington, D.C. district of Fairfax County. Mr. Al-Hussain founded Pillars in early 1992 and became President of Edgemoore Homes, a single-family homebuilding J.V. that included Mr. Richard Snider In addition, Mr. Al-Hussain was co-founder of Basheer & Edgemoore, a high-end community growth and home construction entity, in 1995. In 2000 he led the Pillars Growth Company to build a high-rise/high-density enterprise development arm branded as Diamond Properties with an emphasis on urban development and construction sites. Together, these brand names have compiled over $1.9 Billion of completed residential and commercial real estate development, including the design, construction, marketing, sales, and rentals of those projects, all areas in which the Pillars brand names were consistently recognized with both regional and national awards for their projects. Today, the underlying Pillars Development Group is the brand name continuing the award-winning traditions established since 1992 and led by Mr. Al-Hussain into the future with a highly targeted, ultra specific focus on urban-centric / Metro – served sites in the Washington, D.C. region.

| RICHARD SNIDER

Mr. Snider is a Washingtonian native who holds a BA degree from Cornell College and has also attended George Washington University Law School. After Law School his initial Mr. Snider is a Washingtonian native who holds a BA degree from Cornell College and has also attended George Washington University Law School. After Law School, his initial business experience was with the Maryland-based home building and component manufacturer Ward Corporation from 1971-1977, where, under his supervision as V.P., the divisional component sales and production rose from less than $2M to more than $20M annually by 1977. In 1978, Mr. Snider left Ward Corporation to set up the Triangle Construction Company to launch a home building operation. Mr. Snider financed the firm and raised growth to annual sales of $30M by 1991, winning many prestigious Awards for design and planning along the way. Also engaged in the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), Mr. Snider served as Chairman of the Real Estate Financing Committee from 1986 to 1990. In 1992, the Principals of the Pillars Development Group and Mr. Snider founded Edgemoore Homes, incorporating the remaining land positions of Triangle into the new firm. Edgemoore’s initial project of 98 units was a Builder Magazine Honoree for home design and land planning, the first of scores of regional and national awards presented to the brand name. Mr. Snider serves as Vice President of Design and Planning for Pillars Development Group, where since 2004, Pillars has increasingly focused on income producing property acquisitions and close in urban “Metro-Centric” locations for construction and land development.

| DR AHMED Y. AL HUSSEIN

Ahmed Y. Al-Hussein received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Kiel, Germany, in 1989. From graduation to mid 1995, Dr. Ahmed was engaged Ahmed Y. Al-Hussein received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Kiel, Germany, in 1989. From graduation to mid 1995, Dr. Ahmed was engaged in pediatric medicine at the University Hospital in Kiel, Germany, simultaneously pursuing a budding interest in the business sector. In 1995. He retired from his medical profession and stepped into a full-time partnership where he founded a multi-branch company in Germany. In 1998, he sold his business interests in Germany and moved to the U.S. where he joined Husain Y. Al-Hussain to create the Pillars Development Group’s Diamond Properties high-rise construction brand. As a co-founder of Pillars Development Group, Dr. Ahmed manages Pillar’s business development. Furthermore he manages legal affairs, including acquisition contracts, settlements and operating agreements. Through his extensive interaction with landowners during acquisition efforts, he has built a wide and reliable network of owner’s brokers with whom he in continuous contact for up to the minute site acquisition information. Dr. Ahmed has managed the contracting and feasibility study/due diligence phases of more than 2000 residential lots and sites in the Washington Metropolitan area for Pillars branded companies. Disposition of these sites was often to Diamond Properties itself, or to another of Pillars Development Groups operational brand names, Edgemoore Homes or Basheer & Edgemoore. In other cases, Edgemoore or Diamond developed the sites for sale to 3rd party builders as ‘finished lots’ with all entitlement, planning, engineering and development work in place. The third-party builder lot sales area of Pillars’ business continues in operation today, with the most recent & current project being Marbury, in Loudon County, VA, where Pillars is delivering finished lots to NV Homes, a public stock homebuilder with significant operations in the suburban Washington and mid-Atlantic markets. Dr. Ahmed has found that his ability to maintain his network of potential sellers and brokers continues to lead Pillars to lucrative and well-located properties to be studied for potential acquisition and development.

Mr. Dyniec has received a bachelor’s degree in management with a specialization in accounting. In 1983, Mr. Dyniec completed the CPA examination and is now a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dyniec started his career in June 1981 at Sylvester Scaletta, CPA., a local CPA company in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. In September 1983, Mr. Dyniec moved to Fairfax, Virginia, where he took up a position with Beers & Cutler, CPAs, Washington DC, a company which . was founded in 1976 and was the leading accounting and consulting company in Washington, DC In 2010, Beers and Cutler were rebranded as Baker Tilly. He has provided accounting, audit and general advisory services to a wide – ranging customer base over the three years he has spent there. It was at this span of his career that Mr. Dyniec started to grow his expertise in the area of real estate. In 1986 Mr. Dyniec left Beers & Cutler and took a position as the Controller for Triangle Production to work with Mr. Richard Snider. Mr. Dyniec was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 1988 and held the position until the company ceased operations in 1991. In 1992, he joined Mr. Snider and Mr. Al-Husain Y. Al-Hussain in a new company called Edgemoore Homes. Mr. Dyniec was Chief Financial Officer of Edgemoore Homes from 1992 to 2010. Mr. Dyniec joined the Pillars Growth Group in 2010 as the Chief Financial Officer. He provides the overall direction of all accounting and financial matters pertaining to the Pillars Development Group and associated agencies. Amongst his tasks are project finance supervision, contact with lenders and final review of all financial statements and tax planning. During his tenure at Edgemoore Homes and Pillars development group, Mr. Dyniec formed a close partnership with lenders relying on trust and integrity, that resulted in project financing which has helped fuel the growth of the companies.

| FAISAL ALSHARIF

Dr. Faisal Alsharif graduated from King Saud University, Riyadh with Bachelors in Architecture in 1988. He received his Masters and phD in Construction Project Management from University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He is a successful construction project manager. He holds a diverse 21+ years of experience and an established track record of providing technical, managerial and engineering oversight to a variety of projects. He has significant years of success in sustainable business developments and long-term shareholder value. He has significant experience providing strategic & financial direction, strategic alliances, planning process, business capture, project management, business governance and construction management. He is extremely adept at managing overall project success, taking it from concept to completion and is powered by customer satisfaction and has experience with the latest techniques and developments in the construction industry. He took a position as the Project engineer and project manager at , General Directorate of Military Works, GDMW from 1988 till 1994. In 1994 Dr Faisal began the role of being an Owner and Chairman of the Engineering House Contracting Company and established himself as a general contractor. He served as a board member in U-mark from 2000 to 2010. He also served tenure as the chairman of Engineering House for Facilities Management from 2010 till 2013. He was Managing Director of Arabitech Jardanah and Partners Engineering/Consultancy from 2007 up until 2013. As a freelance trainer for project management he has trained more than 1200 trainees in project management, construction financial management, project quality, project procurement, disputes and arbitration in construction projects. He is currently serving as the Privatization Senior Advisor at the National Center for Privatization to help and support authorities to make their privatization plans executable. Dr Faisal joined REAL in 2020 where he is engaged in all aspects as a PMO Senior Expert.

| ABDULLAH HAMIDADDIN

Mr. Hamidaddin graduated in 2012 from George Washington University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance. In addition, as of 2015, Mr. Hamidaddin obtained an esteemed Master of Science degree in Finance from the Kogod School of Business of the American University in Washington, DC. In 2013, Mr. Hamidaddin joined the Pillars Development Group where he engaged in all aspects of business development and investor relations, including due diligence, asset acquisition and sale, financial modelling, loan origination, investor outreach, investor reporting, and so on. Mr. Hamidaddin’s role also includes working closely with the CFO on matters concerning loan administration, corporate/legal administration, and asset management.

| SOUMAYA AL- HUSSEIN

Miss. Soumaya is an interior designer with 9 and 4 years of experience in commercial and residential designs respectively. She attended Marymount University in Arlington, VA Miss. Soumaya is an interior designer with 9 and 4 years of experience in commercial and residential designs respectively. She attended Marymount University in Arlington, VA, where she earned her BA in Interior Design in 2007. She started her career with AEPA, an architecture and engineering firm based in Washington D.C., as the lead architect’s assistant. In 2010, she moved to Jeddah, KSA, where she started her position as Junior Interior Designer for Euro Design and was promoted to Senior Interior Designer in 2013. She collaborated with ED on a number of corporate and commercial projects. A significant project is AlAhli FC’s first retail store situated in Sultan St. in Jeddah, KSA. Since 2016, she has been the Creative Director at Pillars Development Group managing the model homes, marketing, design and overall aesthetics of projects.
