Dr. Faisal Alsharif graduated from King Saud University, Riyadh with Bachelors Dr. Faisal Alsharif graduated from King Saud University, Riyadh with Bachelors in Architecture in 1988. He received his Masters and phD in Construction Project Management from University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He is a successful construction project manager. He holds a diverse 21+ years of experience and an established track record of providing technical, managerial and engineering oversight to a variety of projects. He has significant years of success in sustainable business developments and long-term shareholder value. He has significant experience providing strategic & financial direction, strategic alliances, planning process, business capture, project management, business governance and construction management. He is extremely adept at managing overall project success, taking it from concept to completion and is powered by customer satisfaction and has experience with the latest techniques and developments in the construction industry. He took a position as the Project engineer and project manager at , General Directorate of Military Works, GDMW from 1988 till 1994. In 1994 Dr Faisal began the role of being an Owner and Chairman of the Engineering House Contracting Company and established himself as a general contractor. He served as a board member in U-mark from 2000 to 2010. He also served tenure as the chairman of Engineering House for Facilities Management from 2010 till 2013. He was Managing Director of Arabitech Jardanah and Partners Engineering/Consultancy from 2007 up until 2013. As a freelance trainer for project management he has trained more than 1200 trainees in project management, construction financial management, project quality, project procurement, disputes and arbitration in construction projects. He is currently serving as the Privatization Senior Advisor at the National Center for Privatization to help and support authorities to make their privatization plans executable. Dr Faisal joined REAL in 2020 where he is engaged in all aspects as a PMO Senior Expert.
